The Eastside philosophy is a simple one... to share this special place with likeminded folk who share in our love for this magical wee part of the world.
A true family agritourismo where everyone mucks in to make it happen. Mum, Dad, Michael and I are all passionate about the farm, the land, our wonderful guests, and the spaces we create.
I was lucky enough to have grown up at Eastside in the picturesque farmhouse nestled just below the West Kip summit. Throughout my childhood there was the constant chatter of guests as mum and dad ran a couple of welcoming holiday cottages alongside the working hill farm.
Having met Michael while he was studying Architecture and I Landscape Architecture, we returned to Eastside together - both having been inspired by space-making, place-making, and then the comings and goings of the working farm. Since then we have set about putting our own unique stamp on the genuine agritourismo experience.
Eastside is still very much a truly family-run business with a love for the land at the heart of what we do. This commitment to a slower, more thoughtful tourism with beautiful spaces and relaxed experiences leaves guests feeling rested and inspired.
Do come stay, we would love to have you.
